Our Pricing

child and grandparentsWhen you move into independent living at RiverMead, you pay a one-time entrance fee and a second person fee if a couple. You also pay a monthly service fee based on the square footage of your new home. A portion of the entrance fee and monthly fee are considered a “pre-paid medical expense” (for possible future health care costs), which may provide a tax benefit for you.

We execute a Residence and Care Agreement together (the contract) that guarantees your care — assisted living, memory care and nursing care — if your needs should change. The care is provided at no additional charge, other than the cost for two additional meals a day; one meal a day is already included when you live independently.

This provides “peace of mind” knowing that not only is care always available, you will have it when you need it, and you know what the cost will be now, and into the future.
