Joining our waitlist is a simple process that offers security and flexibility as you plan your next stage.
By adding your name to the list, you will secure priority access to our community and have the freedom to choose the ideal timing and style of residence that fits your needs.
The Waitlist Process
Planning ahead is smart! Joining our waitlist secures your future spot at RiverMead and gives you nice perks along the way. We have two paths: the Priority List if you’re ready sooner, and the Future List if you’re planning further out.
Here’s the simple process:
- Apply: Fill out the application, choose your preferred list (Priority or Future), and submit it with the $500 non-refundable application fee.
- Add Deposit: Include a refundable deposit: $10,000 for the Priority List or $2,000 for the Future List.
- Get Listed: We’ll add you to your chosen list by date. Priority List members also pick their top floor plans. The Future List holds your spot and keeps you connected until you’re ready.
- Get the Offer: When you’re on the Priority List (either directly or after moving from the Future List), we’ll contact you when a preferred home opens up.
- Welcome Home: Accept the offer, complete the final steps, and get ready to move into RiverMead.
